CCPA Rights Requests Reporting

Between January 1, 2021 and December 31, 2021, SPE received the following rights requests from California consumers:

• 6,069 requests for opt out of the sale, which were all completed in whole, with 2,649 of the requests not in our database at the time of request. Each request took an average of 3 days to respond.
• 25 requests to know, which were all completed in whole, with 16 of the requests not in our database at the time of request. Each request took an average of 24 days to respond.
• 58 requests to delete, which were all completed in whole, with 16 of the requests not in our database at the time of request or the records were required to be retained for a business purpose as permitted under CCPA. Each request took an average of 30 days to respond.
